I’m Thrilled to Be Part of The Lies We Tell Others Anthology
I’m excited to share some wonderful news—my short story, “Trouble at the Apple Dumpling Café,” is featured in a brand-new anthology just released by the Pocono Liars Club! The book is called The Lies We Tell Others, edited by Sahar Abdulaziz and Michael A. Ventrella, and it brings together an incredible lineup of writers from across the region.
The theme of this collection is lies—the little white ones, the bold ones, and all the messy shades in between. As the editors put it:
“We all tell them—sometimes to keep the peace, other times to stir the pot, occasionally to save face, or just for fun.”
My story takes place in the world of my Findale Fae Mystery series and features a new twist of small-town secrets and fae mischief. It was such fun to revisit this world and explore how one little lie at the Apple Dumpling Café can spiral into something much bigger.
I’m honored to be included alongside so many talented storytellers. If you enjoy short fiction full of twists, secrets, and surprises, you’ll definitely want to check this anthology out.
